Classic Russian Borscht: Tasty and Easy

 Classic Russian Borscht is a traditional usual dish of Russian cuisine that traditionally belongs to Russian nationality. Its dishes and tastes differ dependently on the geographical position of this or that city. Russian cuisine includes elements belonging to French cuisine, some dishes of the countries of former USSR and dishes of nationalities living on the territory of Russia Federation. There is no wonder that the choice of dishes is great as Russia is the largest country in the world.
    So, the first step to cook borscht is to take a heavy pan and put in on fire with 3 tb of butter and sauté 1 cup of chopped cabbage, 1 cup of diced potatoes, half of the cup of diced carrots, 1 stalk of minced celery and 1 chopped onion and cook it for 5 minutes. Then add 2 quarts of beef stock. In essays academic projects or academic papers ordered at writing companies, it should be written that later one and a half cups of canned tomatoes should be blended and pressed through a sieve  . Join it all with the beef stock and cook it covered on low heat till the vegetables get softer. Now it is time to add 1 cup of cooked or canned diced beets and 1 teaspoon of vinegar. Add salt and pepper to your taste, simmer for several minutes and remove from the heat. Serve hot, adding parsley or a tablespoon of sour cream . Enjoy your dish and have a good appetite!
